Nilesh Desai #jamanalal bajaj foundation #samparkmp #Jhabuaa #samparkbuniyadishala ... Sampark Sanstha is conducting a special training program on life skills development for the girls' education project workers in Jhabua and Alirajpur districts. This training is being provided to the girls' workers, who will subsequently implement this initiative with over 3,000 girls in 104 secondary schools.The program aims to develop life skills such as self-confidence, leadership, decision-making, communication, and empathy in girls, enabling them to face the challenges of their daily lives with understanding and self-confidence. During the training, workers are being taught how to put their learning into practice through activities, discussions, and children's meetings with the girls.Key themes of the program include life skills such as self-awareness, creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, empathy, resilience, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making. Through these skills, girls will become confident, sensitive, and socially competent.This initiative is a powerful step toward the holistic development of rural girls in Jhabua and Alirajpur, inspiring them to bring positive change to their lives and assume leadership roles in society.
